Welcome to our place, a charming small cottage set on two wonderfully landscaped acres nestled in farming country at Mooloo.
Mooloo is located in the rolling mountains of northern end of the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast and just south west from Gympie.
With only 12 minutes to Gympie. 1.75 hours from Brisbane, 30 minutes to Noosa or 50 minutes to Caloundra [both ends of the Sunshine Coast] we have a range of Shopping options.

The cottege was constructed in 1996, with polished wooden floors throughout and plywood VG exterior, it consisting of two bedrooms, office/library; bathroom, separate toilet and comes complete with reverse cycle air conditioner, wood stove, swimming pool and two car lockable garage with a 2nd office.
On those cold winter nights we light the wood stove and warm the entire cottage and on those hot Queensland days, we cool off in the pool and if neccessary can relax inside with the confort of air conditioners, which service the living areas and main bedroom.
Cooking is a joy in the well designed kitchen complete with a gas stovetop, electric oven and wood fires stove for a touch of the pioneering days -with me as dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze.
No water worries here as we a bore that can constantly deliver 1200 litres per hour of good quality spring water and a 45,000 litre rain water tank that delivers household water plus and two small dam which hold water when it rains for the local ducks and birds.
